1. CONDITIONS: All products sold under this seller's name are NEW, Class A merchandise unless specifically noted to the contrary.
All items delivered by the Shoreline Market are warranted as follows:30 days limited warranty. This warranty does not cover any damages due to accidents, misuse or negligence. This warranty is limited to the value of goods sold and does not cover any associated damages. The Shoreline Market makes no further warranties unless specified in writing between the parties on this document. Buyers are responsible for 'misbids' on eBay auctions, a $5.00 Cancellation fee will be charged for each item won on eBay. The Shoreline Market shall not be held liable for any special, consequential, incidential or other damages to the product, includding but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of use or any damages or sums paid by buyer to third parties.
2. TERMS: By bidding, you are accepting our posted terms including our conditions and returns policies. You must provide us with your shipping address and intended method of payment within 3 days of purchase. International payments must arrive within 14 days. We use eBay's Non Paying Bidder process to file formal notices against customers who do not pay for purchases. Non-paying bidders WILL be left negative feedback, so please don't bid unless you intend to buy.
3. RETURNS: If an item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it.
You must notify us of your desire to return your purchase within 7 days; it must be returned within 14 days of our ship date to you. Returned items must be the same item in the same condition as originally shipped. Returns must be shipped insured. Refunds are for the final eBay item purchase price only, less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs, insurance, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the seller warranty period of 30 days and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality.
