THE PROCESS How to submit wording so that we may engrave & ship your purchase after you have committed to buy.
* Read all information in the auction so that you fully understand all of the terms in the auction. We want you to be satisfied and we try to do everything possible to please you. There are limitations in engraving services which limit what we can do for you and want you to completely understand all of these restrictions up front. Email or call us to verify and answer all questions.
* After you completely understand the process and have answered all of your questions, commit to buy by pressing the {buy it now} button or {Bid} button and enter your password to confirm the ebay purchase. Remember, this is a contract to purchase.
* Payment-pay thru paypal for fastest results, if not paid by Paypal, you may call us to give your credit card over the phone. Have your ebay username, email address, as well as the correct Visa, Mastercard or Discover card number, expiration date, security digits, and mailing address of the billing statement ready. ( We do not accept money orders, checks or cash) After payment is received ( E-Checks take 4 days or more to clear ! * When you hit submit on the online form, you will be emailed a confirmation for your records. It will be in a different format than you submitted due to browser differences. We will engrave & ship only after we have received complete payment and instructions during weekdays Monday thru Friday.

Terms of Sale We personalize each item from the instructions you give us. Please take the time to double check your spelling, punctuation, and wording. We are not responsible for any customer submitted errors. If a customer submitted error occurs, we will try to remedy the problem as quickly and at the least expense as a courtesy. Shipping We ship solely by Fedex Ground or USMAIL depending on the items size, weight or distance to delivery area. Allow 10-12 days to deliver in the United States.
