These are part of
overstock items. Some are in a mint condition in the
original plastic covering and some have become separated
from the original plastic covering but they have never been

RETURNS
|
All
sales are final. Please ask all questions before placing
your bid or purchase. We offer a 3-day exchange policy only
if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described.
Exchanges must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service
Department. There is no refund on
Shipping and Handling. Some of the boxes and packing
material show wear and tear, please bid accordingly. Some
items come with the Manufacturer's Warranty Information.
However all Items are sold WITHOUT WARRANTY and SOLD AS IS.
PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY!! Should you have any problems with
your item, you must report WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF
DELIVERY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Since most of the items we sell are
one of kind, we MAY not have replacements. Your first
recourse is the manufacturer. Shipping and Handling is NEVER
refundable UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES and all returns are
subject to a 20% fee. By Bidding you are accepting these

SALES TAX
|
By law we are required to collect sales tax for items
shipped to addresses in California. CA Sales Tax is 8.25% of
the winning bid price.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
|
Most items will be sent by Global Priority Mail. Buyer
is responsible for any taxes that may be incurred in
customs. Canada is also considered INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
The Standard minimum rate is up to 1 pound of your order.
An additional item charge applies only if the weight
exceeds 1 pound. This is due the fact there USPS charges
pick-up charge for the international shipping, in addition

SHIPPING & HANDLING
|
Your item will be shipped via USPS/UPS/Federal Express
Ground, depending on the weight and your request. Most
flatware pieces are shipped via USPS and, therefore,
insurance is recommended. If you want us to ship it via
FedEx/UPS, or if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO
boxes, please contact us for a shipping quote

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
