Good As Gold has been in the retail business for nearly twenty years. We strive to offer our customers the opportunity to purchase quality designer merchandise at a fraction of the cost of suggested retail prices. We specialize in excess merchandise from high-end department stores. We receive merchandise that is overstock, has been on display, shelf-pulls, discontinued items and customer returns. Shelf-pulls often have damaged packaging or no packaging at all. Shipping and storage of these items can cause wrinkling and sometimes, may even be a little dusty. These are not considered flaws and will not be noted in the auction description. We carefully inspect each item and note any flaws we find. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Payment
Payment or payment arrangements should be made within 3 days of the auctions ending date. We accept both Paypal and money orders.
Return Policy
Our products are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please make arrangements to return it, in its original condition, within 3 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Shipping
We will generally ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. We reserve the right to use identical services of UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex or USPS without prior notification or written consent. Shipping insurance is offered as an option in every auction. Should you choose to decline shipping insurance, you agree to accept full responsibility for any losses or damages that may occur after the item has been placed in the hands of the shippers. Combined Shipping
Good As Gold will gladly combine shipping, whenever possible, in an effort to save our customers money. To qualify for combined shipping, all items must be paid for in one transaction.To combine shipping, simply pay the highest shipping fee and half of any additional shipping fees.
Local Pick-Up
Customers pick-up is available at our Good As Gold store in Hopkins, Minnesota. Customer pick-up is a Free service. No handling fees apply.
