*Note:  Available in the 48 contiguous US states only.  Free shipping or flat shipping is based upon the total dollar value paid for the items.  (If you purchase $90 worth of merchandise that has $15 in combined shipping/handling – that would not qualify).  Do not pay until we change the amount for you.

For most items, we use actual weights.  As a result, on average, combined shipping/handling reduces your cost by $4.00 to $6.00, per additional item purchased. 

The listed weight for shipping is the actual weight of the item plus an additional amount for the weight of packing materials and the actual shipper.  This is between 4 ounces and 1 pound, depending on the item,

Our handling fee is from $0.25 to $3.50 per item.

We will combine items for up to 7 days to reduce shipping/handling costs.  Rarely, an individual item is too large to be added into a box with another item.  If this is the case – we will let you know. 

If you plan on combining, DO NOT pay until the end of the seven days - the computer cannot reverse payments. 

We only ship to the 50 US states and to Canada.  (We only ship via UPS to Canada and they have an initial flat rate that may be too costly for the buyer for smaller items.).

Parcel Post Shipping:

We ship within 3 business days of receiving payment.

While we have been quoted 4 to 7 days by USPS for anything outside of a 500-mile radius from our warehouse – we have found that items going to California, as parcel post, may take 3 weeks to arrive – to Texas, 2 weeks.  Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee the length of time it will take a package to arrive to you that is sent as parcel post.

Priority Mail  or  Overnight shipping is available for an extra fee - contact us PRIOR to paying. 

Handling costs:

We get many questions regarding handling costs. 

The handling cost, which is already included in the item’s shipping and handling amount, is used to defray the cost to ship your purchase. (This is not an additional charge at checkout – it is already built into the shipping and handling amount.)

For example,

·        The cost of the box – on average $1.00 - $1.50;  for larger items – $3.00

·        The cost of the paper/peanuts/bubble used to wrap your item – on average $0.50 - $1.00

·        The cost of the tape – $0.10 - $0.25

·        The cost of the ink and paper for the labels – $0.10

·        The cost of warehousing the item $1.50

·        The cost of our staff per item $2.50

This totals to approximately $5.70 per item.  So the added handling cost for this item might be $2.00.

For the heavier and larger pieces – the totals are closer to $10.00.  Here the added handling cost might be $3.50.

Note regarding costs:

For those of you whom are curious, the basic costs associated with eBay and PayPal are approximately 12% - 16% for the total amount of the sale which is absorbed by our sellers.  eBay charges to list the item, for any additional pictures as well as a percentage of the item’s selling price.  PayPal charges a percentage of the item sold – including its shipping, its handling and EVEN its insurance.

Refunds and Returns:

If the item received is substantially different from the description in the auction listing or in the online store listing we will honor a return and refund.  Returns/refunds are not offered for any other reasons.  You must email us with a description within 3 days of receipt – day one is the day of receipt of the package.  You must receive authorization to return the item.  Returned items must be received within 7 days in the SAME CONDITION that they were shipped, in the original packaging with the original manufacturer's packaging – no exceptions.  Once received, we will refund your purchase price as long as the item is in the same condition as when we shipped it.  Original and return shipping and insurance are the buyer's responsibility.
