We are pleased to offer one of Riedels finest lead crystal decanters. This decanter is very functional and has a classic feel to it. Youll find it comfortable for both everyday use and special occasions. This item is new in box with all factory labels.
You may purchase any quantity of this decanter from one (1) to the maximum number available.
Old world English dictionaries often define decanters as "glass vessels for pouring off a liquid clear from its lees." Wine -- often an old "claret" in those days -- was less refined and almost always required decanting. Today, decanting continues to serve several valuable purposes --helping your wine breathe, removing any sediment and enhancing the sensory pleasures of drinking wine. There is always something very romantic about enjoying your prized wines from a beautiful decanter set on your dinner table. Decanting is suitable for both new and vintage wines.

SHIPPING: Unless otherwise noted, ground shipping within the United States and its territories is generally $9.00 for the first glass we ship and $1.00 for each additional glass. However, decanters, carrying cases and Sommliers glasses ship for $9.00 for the first glass and $4.00 for each additional glass. We generally ship to the lower 48 states via UPS Ground. You also have the option to ship the items via U.S.P.S Express Mail for an additional charge. This is a 1-2 day service based on your shipping location. If you have other specialized needs, please contact us and we'll be glad to assist you.
SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS: We can accommodate you should you have any special requests such as gift wrapping. However, you must contact us via eBay in order to make such arrangements. Keep in mind that we often do not see the buyer's notes to us until your item(s) have already shipped.
SPECIAL NOTE TO RESIDENTS OF ALASKA, HAWAII, AND U.S. TERRITORIES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO): We do ship to these locales via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. However, the eBay system prices your order based on UPS Ground's rate chart (and won't price anything for APO/FPO addresses). Kindly ask us to reprice your shipping, as it will be significantly lower. Be advised that after Thanksgiving, the post office will not be as reliable as normal and there may be a significant delay in your delivery time for Priority Mail orders. It is advised that you purchase items prior to December 14, 2007 to better your chances of an on-time delivery for the holidays.

The deadline for items to arrive in time for Christmas (subject to product availability), is as follows:

Payment must be received and cleared by 12:00 EST on deadline date to ensure shipment (subject to product availability).
If paying via PayPal by electronic check, checks do not clear right away. Its advised that you use a debit card instead, if time is of the essence.
USPS EXPRESS MAIL SHIPPING DEADLINES
USPS Express Mail will deliver packages 365 days a year, including Christmas Day. However, their service becomes less than reliable during the holidays and they often miss their targeted delivery times.
Express Mail is a 1-2 day service depending on where you live. Normally, transit time is one day for larger metropolitan areas and two days for rural locations. Its advised that you check the post offices website http://www.usps.com for transit times to your location.
The theoretical deadline for Express Mail deliveries for Christmas is 9:00 AM EST on Monday, December 24, 2007 for one day ship areas or 12:00 PM EST Friday, December 22, 2007 for two-day ship areas. However, we can not guarantee that your items will arrive on time if ordered last minute.
It is advised that you place your Express Mail order by 12:00 PM EST on Friday December 22, 2007 for one-day ship areas and 12:00 AM EST on Thursday, December 21, 2007 to increase your chances of receiving your order in time for Christmas.
SPECIAL NOTE TO CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTS: As the holidays draw near, the United States Post Office becomes bogged down. With the exception of Global Express Mail to Australia shipments, which ship guaranteed, delivery times can double or triple. If you order after November 26, your Global Priority Mail orders may not arrive in time for the holidays. It is advised that you choose either USPS Global Express Mail or UPS Standard to Canada (available for Canadian customers only) after that date. Canadian customers, be advised that should you choose UPS as your carrier, significant brokerage fees, in addition to your customary duties and GST and PGST charges (if applicable) will apply. If Express Mail is selected, you should be able to get your shipment so long as payment is received by December 3. The deadline for UPS Standard to Canada is December 12, 2007. The buyer is responsible for all brokerage fees and customs duties.
SPECIAL NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ABOUT CUSTOMS DUTIES: Your country may add customs duties, value added taxes and brokerage fees to your order. It is your responsibility to pay these fees and taxes, as it is a tax imposed upon you by your home country. We are not responsible for these fees. Also be advised that we will not ship items as gifts or commercial samples unless your items are a gift. Kindly do not ask us to do so, as it is against the law.
COMBINED SHIPPING (US): We will combine shipping with your other orders. For United States residents, the typical charge is $1 per additional glass (in all but the Sommeliers series) or $4 for each additional decanter or Sommeliers series glass that you buy. If shipping for the item is listed as complementary, we obviously will not charge you for shipping those glasses. We must adjust your invoice for these changes to take affect. If you are shipping multiple items, kindly wait for that invoice before remitting payment.
COMBINED SHIPPING (International): For International orders, we will charge $2.00 per additional glass and $5 per additional decanter/Sommeliers series glass for the first 12 glasses or two decanters that you buy. (If one decanter is purchased, you have the ability to also purchase six glasses). If your purchases are so large to require shipment in a second box, we must charge the flat rate box fee for the shipping method of your choosing for that second box, plus any additional per glass charge. We will not assess a per glass charge on the first set of glasses to go into the second box. We must adjust your invoice for these changes to take affect. If you are shipping multiple items, kindly wait for that invoice before remitting payment.

RETURNS (ALLOWED!!): Should you be at all dissatisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unused merchandise within 14 days of our shipment to you, less original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee (intended to partially cover our packing, eBay and PayPal fees). Please contact us should you desire to make a return or exchange before you send your items back so that we can provide you with the necessary details.
SALES TAX: Because our retail store if located in Georgia, shipments within Georgia require us to collect 6% sales tax. We do not collect sales tax for shipments to any other locations.
PAYMENT: Paypal is our preferred payment mehotd, which can handle credit cards and electronic checks. Note that items paid with an electronic check via PayPal will take a few business days to clear. Should you wish to pay by personal or company check or money order, thos are also accepted. Orders paid by personal or company check will not ship until the checks clear.
