POLICY
Please allow from 10 to 15 days for delivery for domestic and Canadian orders.
Online tracking numbers will be provided.
· All items are shipped out within 72 hours (not including weekends or holidays) after payment is received and cleared.
· Due to extra processing of items shipped to Canada, please allow up to 4 additional days for your item to ship out.
· Shipping time does not include delivery time. Time for delivery will vary upon location. Most purchases are delivered within the time frame above.
· We are not responsible for how long it takes for the designated carrier to deliver your item once it has shipped out and is not in our hands.
· You will be provided a tracking number as well as which carrier is delivering your package.
· All packing and handling costs are included in shipping costs.

· All orders within the continental United States will be drop shipped via UPS Ground from main warehouse.
· Orders to Canada will be shipped via Canada Post and will be charged addition shipping. Please allow an additional 4 days for shipping. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and tariffs.Orders placed for Canada are shipped out once a week on THURSDAY only.
· Orders to Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico and Hawaii will be shipped via US Priority Mail.
We will not and can not be held responsible for any items that are damaged during shipping (example: box has a tear in it, has been crushed or damaged in any other way.). All items are securely packed and checked before being shipped out.

At time of listing all merchandise is in stock. From time to time items may be out of stock due to high demand or discontinued without notice. If this should occur you will be notified and will have the option of receiving a refund or having your order placed on backorder and shipped when you item is available.

Return Policy
Refunds and exchanges will be given for defective merchandise only. If you return non defective merchandise you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All merchandise must be in original packaging and all pieces included. If not, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Buyer must notify this seller before sending merchandise back. A RGA number will be given. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Prior shipping charges are not refundable. If paying by money order or eCheck, allow 4 additional days to ship due to the amount of time it takes for payment to clear. This excludes all and any computer programs, video game console, video games, DVDs and any cosmetic, health and beauty aids or products.
