FedEx Ground is our preferred shipper and their service automatically
includes insurance against lost packages or merchandise
damage.

Claims:
UPS provides insurance against loss or damage up to a product value of
$100. Additional insurance is available for an added
fee. UPS’s policy on claims: Damage to a package
can be reported by a shipper, recipient, or to a shipper by UPS. A
damage inspection will be carried out if necessary by UPS. The shipper of
record will be contacted with the results of the inspection. The
shipper can file a claim for the lesser of the repair or replacement
cost of the package contents, up to the declared value.

Customers:
Your order will ship via US Postal Service International Priority Mail
or Parcel Post depending upon the dimensions and weight of your order.

store (Treasures and More) and/or items you win from our
auctions. Combined shipping for US orders is calculated based
upon the weight of the heaviest item first, and then adding $2 per each
additional item. International orders are similarly
