*PLEASE NOTE - I am required by law to list the price you paid for my products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment.  Upon arrival of you package, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government.  Please keep in mind that I have absolutely no control over these charges.

I ship Monday thru Friday.  Any auctions won after 3pm EST will ship the next day. (Except Saturday)
I cannot guarantee when your items will arrive.  I can only give you the estimated time depending on the shipping method you chose during checkout.  Each order will be sent out with a delivery confirmation/tracking number.

All items are packed with care, especially items that could be damaged during shipping.  Keeping that in mind, I will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.

Please remember, I am striving to run a successful business, I couldn't do that without satisfied customers.  I am not perfect, and we know that the mail isn't either.  If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me right away.
