Old Fashioned Hickory Smoked Beef Strips
We prepare our lean beef strips using our secret flavoring and a combination of black and white peppers. The strips are smoked in our stone smokehouse, then vacuum packed to retain our special smokehouse flavor. These strips have the traditional flavor and moist texture that Grandpa raved about.
Our beef strips are made fresh every week, and I get it as needed when you order from me. It does not sit around vac packed for weeks on a shelf somewhere. It is always fresh! So sometimes there is a slight delay in shipping if I have to wait for it to be made. I always email you with shipping details.
We are FDA inspected. This is not a product made at home in my kitchen. We are a federally inspected plant so you know all safety guidelines are carefully followed to produce a high quality product. Sorry, I cannot change the spices or seasonings for special requests. Our spices are mixed especially for us by a spice company according to our recipe.I cannot mix flavors together in one package. If you are buying a one pound package, please do not email me asking if you can get two different flavors, or four different flavors for a one pound package order. The answer is NO. The cost is not the same for smaller packages, so I just can't do it. If you want two different flavors, you must buy two packages, ect.

Mild - hickory flavor with a light pepper taste. Mild enough for the less adventuresome, enough flavor for every taste, a hickory lovers delight.
Hot - hickory flavor with a stronger pepper taste. Leaves a delightful slight peppery bite on your tastebuds. A taste sensation that will have you coming back for more.
Hot Cajun Beef Strips
Our Cajun style beef strips are seasoned with our secret "Louisiana Cajun" flavorings and red, white and black pepper. The strips are smoked in our stone smokehouse to give you that spicy deep south Louisiana taste. Great flavor and good heat, but it's not going to hurt you. A favorite of all spicy food lovers.
Habanero Beef Strips
Our hickory smoked beef strips flavored with red savino habanero chilies. A smoked beef strip for more adventurous tastes.
Caution: Habanero flavor is for people who like a really hot fiery flavor.
Teriyaki Beef Strips
For those of you who crave an oriental taste try our Teriyaki Strips. We blend together rich oriental seasonings for a mild and pleasing marinade. The marinated strips are then slowly smoked to perfection.
Hawaiian Beef Strips
Our Hawaiian Beef Strips are marinated with a natural unsweetened pineapple juice and brown sugar then gently smoked. The result is a taste like old-fashioned baked ham. Very tender.

Canadian customers!! When paying for your order, please choose the airmail letter post shipping charges when you make your payment to me if you are buying less than 3 pounds of product. It is cheaper than airmail parcel post, and there is no reason for my customers to pay the higher shipping charges to Canada! Canadian orders- I accept Paypal payments only.

For those who don't know....This auction is set up to automatically calculate shipping based on your zipcode, so when you "buy it now", you can immediately go through the payment process with paypal. No need to wait for an invoice. Or it will notify me that you are sending a money order the same way. I ship to the USA and Canada only.

If you do not have a valid email address with ebay and/or paypal, and I try to contact you and find out your email is not valid, I will cancel your purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. I have had a lot of invalid email addresses from customers. I am a very responsible seller, and I always send an email after a sale to each of my customers. If an email is returned to me undeliverable, it is very frustrating. Especially if I need info from you, like what flavor you want, or info about an address. So please only order if your email address is correct that you are using on ebay and paypal.

Refund/Return policy....If you do not have a confirmed address with paypal, or you want your purchase delivered to a different address other than your paypal address, I cannot honor the refund/return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me immediatly!! I will do what I can to correct the problem, or offer you a refund. I know some people do not like moist tender beef strips, that happens once in a great while. Sorry, no refund on shipping. Please be sure to email me to see what I can do if there is a problem. I want all of my customers to be happy with their purchases.
These are not dry and tough to chew like beef jerky. They are moist and tender BEEF STRIPS. Sometimes when you open them they may be wet. This is not grease. The beef strips are 97% fat free. They will dry out in a day or two after opening them if this occurs. Sometimes the vac packing squeezes the moisture out of them because they are not the dried up shoe leather stuff. For best quality, refrigerate after opening, or you can store it at room temperature in an open bowl for a few days.
