Prompt Payment:

[SHIPPING CARRIERS
For items over 1 lbs., we typically ship via DHL Ground. For items under 13 oz. we typically ship via USPS First Class. DHL and UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

INSURANCE
We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a sale over $100.

Merchandise will ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation if payment is received before 2pm Central Time M-F and Saturday before 9am. After 9am packages will ship Monday morning excluding Holidays.
