White Rabbit are perhaps the best known brand of Chinese-made candy in China, and the only one to be marketed significantly outside of that country.
The candy is white, with a soft, chewy and creamy texture, and is formed into cylinders approximately 3 cm long and 1 cm in diameter, each wrapped in a thin edible paper-like wrapping made from sticky-rice. The candy is similar to contemporary western nougat.
