Introducing this nine piece contemporary style counter height dining set. This set is crafted from solid hardwoods and veneers in a beautiful cherry finish. The table features a lazy susan and clean lines. The matching 24" stools are upholstered in a light microfiber fabric. The set includes the table and eight counter height stools. The set is brand new and comes in original cartons.

The shipping cost is for delivery within the 48 contiguous states.  Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada and other provinces please email us with your zip code for exact shipping costs. The freight service includes curbside delivery only. Please note that the delivery company is not responsible for lifting or carrying the item into your home. Therefore, we recommend that you have help available to move the item into your home.

The freight company will contact you in order to schedule a delivery date and time. Typically, there will be a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered. If you are not present at the scheduled delivery appointment you may be subject to a "Re-delivery Fee," which must be paid before the second delivery is made.

Shipping Insurance : If optional shipping insurance is paid at the time of purchase you will be covered for any damages in transit. We will also handle all freight claims and pick up the damaged item and replace it with a new one. If you opt out of the insurance it will be the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company and wait to get reimbursed from them.

Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear; however, please carefully inspect the item for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for delivery.

We accept payment via www.paypal.com, Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order/Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks ( 7 to 10 days to clear ). Payment: Payments must be received within 7 days from the close of the auction. Feedback will be left for Non-Paying Bidders.

Delivery Time : Most of our items are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of payment. If an item is out of stock please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Stock Availability: At the time we list an item, there is more than one of that item in stock. We do our very best to track inventory however, if demand exceeds our supply we will give the buyer the option of:
(1) a store credit
(2) have the item backordered and shipped when it becomes available.
(3) full refund if the second option is not available.

If this is not acceptable please do not bid on our auctions.

Returns : On returns buyers will be refunded the cost of the item minus shipping costs both ways. A 10 % restocking fee will also be applied.

Assembly : Some assembly Required.

Sales Tax: California residents are charged 7.75% sales tax. All non California residents are exempt.

Pick Ups : Local Buyers are able to pick up with prior arrangements.
