PAYPAL is the preferred method of payment. Customers may pay in person with cash, check or charge. We accept all credit and debit/ATM cards. You may choose to mail in a check but please allow 5-7 days for all checks to clear.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payment is expected within 10 days.
We do offer a convenient LAYAWAY program. We require 10% deposit towards the purchase price and you'll have 6 months to pay for your item(s).
FURNITURE BASICS ships anywhere in the continental US for FREE! At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. All items are brand new in boxes and shipped on pallets. All furniture is inspected for damage before it leaves our location. When accepting your delivery you MUST inspect everything before signing for it. ANY damage must be noted with the freight carrier in order to file a damage claim and get your damaged item replaced as quickly as possible. We only use reputable, well established freight companies.
All furniture sold to customers in the DFW area will be delivered by our delivery trucks.
Although most items are received in 1-2 weeks, please allow up to 6 weeks for your furniture to arrive. Contact us if you have a specific time frame when you can accept items. We are happy to arrange a later date for items to arrive if you are waiting for a home to be built or room to be remodeled.
Minimal assembly may be required on some items as they do come brand new in boxes. If more than normal assembly is required we will post it.
