    • 1)  Furnitures have a long way to travel and it may get damaged. We provide free insurance for your product in case it gets damaged during shipping.
    • 2)  Most sellers on eBay state in their listings that you will have to deal with the carrier company to file a claim. We deal with the carrier company.
        2a)  In order for us to file a claim and send you a replacement, you must keep all shipping materials for inspection and exchange. Thank you in advance.
