Payment for your item is expected within 7 days of the end of the auction. We accept, and prefer, PayPal and all major credit cards. Cashiers checks and money orders are also accepted.
We require that all payments be received within 5 business days of auction close to ensure item availability and prompt shipping. If payment is not received within 7 business days a non-paying bidder complaint will be filed in order to recover all eBay fees and feedback left accordingly.
New York Resident Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added to the total price during your checkout if the product is being shipped inside the State of New York.

Please note that large items and sets being shipped with Premium White Glove shipping may require additional time, as these items are shipped carefully by specialized furniture movers to prevent damage and hassle, and need to be scheduled for delivery.
This shipping rate is flat for all States in the contiguous U.S. only, not including Alaska and Hawaii. For Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada shipments, additional charges will apply. Please inquire about the additional shipping charges before you place a bid. Upon auction winning, we will send you two invoices, one standard and one with the additional shipping fees that apply. We also offer price and shipping discounts for combined shipping on multiple quantity item purchases. Please contact our customer support to place the order.
Note for large items: When paying for this item, please provide a phone number where you may be contacted. In the event that this item needs to be shipped via freight, the freight company will need to contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Expect items shipping by freight to arrive 7 to 14 business days after leaving our warehouse. In the event we are not provided a phone number and the buyer is unable to be contacted, we will request the on-file phone number from eBay. Please be sure your registered eBay information is up-to-date. Not providing a working number will incur delays in delivery.
Please know that freight services such as lift gate trailers, inside delivery, delayed storage, and re-delivery incur additional fees and are not included in this auction's shipping fee . Someone must be present at the time of delivery to assist the driver; if not, the freight company may charge you an additional fee. Before signing for delivery, it is very important to inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit.
For large sets where there are multiple items, if only one piece is damaged, accept delivery and notify us of the specific piece that is damaged within 7 days. We will replace the damaged piece.
Important: For Freight Shipping items, Upperfurniture is not responsible for any damages or discrepancies found after the package has been accepted upon delivery.* All fees involved in shipping are non-refundable after an item has shipped. Sizing of doorways and spaces are the responsibility of the buyer. Any returns after the package has been accepted will be at the cost of the buyer and refunds will be less the original shipping costs.
*If the driver does not allow you to inspect the package, please note any external damages on the receipt and also state "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the notes, which will allow you 5 days to contact us and/or the shipper regarding any damages upon opening the box.
