Woodruff Furniture is now offering any item to be built from Cherry, we also offer maple, curly or birdseye, walnut, ash or others upon request. This coffee table stands 19 inches high and has a 21 by 40 inch top. I also have listed end stands which are shown here but not included in this auction. In the last photo I have a matching stand next to a sofa table so you can see the color. The lighter is natural Cherry while this stand is stained darker.
Made from solid Cherry, this table was handmade in Southern Vermont and every bit of the process was done by myself. I am an experienced craftsman with a passion for the beauty and simplicity of Mission furniture. Top is fastened using table irons which allow for proper movement without cracking with age.Table is constructed using traditional mortise and tennon joints. Over time I have perfected my own unique finish process to provide amazing depth and clarity and durable protection for years to come. You will be buying a piece of furniture that took many hours to handcraft with every attention to detail. Please realize that these photos are of one of my finished products - the table that you purchase will not have the exact same grain - each table has it's own unique qualities and characteristics.
