RETURNS
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your product is missing a part, you will be sent a replacement, please email: shop@joujoubaby.com to get the phone number to call. JouJou Baby will replace parts free of charge.
If your item is damaged in shipment, please note this to the shipper and send JouJou Baby an email, we will file a claim with the shipper. 
We can only accept returns IF an item is damaged or malfunctioning. We will charge a restocking fee, and buyer will assume all costs associated with return.

This item includes a 120-day warranty against defects in materials, and workmanship through the manufacturer.
