No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and return number. Claims for damage goods or partial shipments must be made in writing ten days of receipt of goods. Lumisource will replace parts for all damaged or defective items. All returns must be packaged in original packaging. A 20% restock charge applies to all returns of standard stock items in unopened cartons and saleable condition. Return freight must be prepaid by the customer.
