Stock
Merchandise:
If
you wish to return your purchase you may do so, if you send us your
written intent (via email) to return/exchange your merchandise within
7 days
of receiving your shipment. We will refund the amount of your
purchase only. The cost to ship the item to/from
your address will be incurred by the buyer on all purchase/refund transactions.
There will also be a 10% restocking fee as we will have to repackage
the item upon return due to wear and tear of the box in transit. Due
to the low prices offered at echicboutique, there will be NO EXEPTIONS
to
the
above return
policy. If your purchase was made via PayPal we will refund the money
through PayPal. If you sent a money order, cashiers check, or personal
check a money order will be sent to the address you specify. All
payments will be mailed back after merchandise is received in good condition
back to echicboutique.
Special Order Merchandise:
If you special order merchandise that is drop shipped from the
manufacturer, it is non-refundable and non-cancelable, because it is
not an item that is normally stocked by EchicBoutique. We will be glad
to provide all necessary information for you to ensure that sizes, colors,
finishes, and fabrics are accurate to assist in your decision.

SHIPMENT PRICES ARE FOR CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY.
We will ship parcel freight worldwide, however we ask that
you either use the shipping calculator on the table to the
right to arrange your shipment or contact us if you are
interested in
bidding
so
we can give you a quote on shipping and handling to those countries.
Delivery Terms:
For standard Motor Freight services, merchandise may arrive
at your address any day M-F. Due to the various freight carriers
that are available, we suggest that you contact the freight
carrier used for this auction to arrange the best possible
time to be available for delivery.
Attempted Deliveries:
Many freight carriers reserve the right to send the merchandise
back, should you miss any scheduled delivery times and/or
the freight carrier
is
unable
to contact
you to
set
up delivery
after several
attempts. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for any freight
charges incurred, plus any additional charges that may be charged
by Freight companies for redelivery attempts and/or charges
for merchandise to be shipped back to EchicBoutique. Therefore,
make sure all contact information is accurate and
notify both
the
carrier and echicboutique of forseen dates that you may be
unavailable.
Consolidated
Freight:
If
multiple items are purchased we will be glad to quote consolidated
shipping costs to save you money. Simply send us an email (before
your purchase preferably) with the item(s) you are interested
in, and your shipping address/city/st/zip and we will quote you
a revised shipping quote. To get a consolidated quote contact

Packing/Handling:
We
strive to pack merchandise using first quality packing materials (this
may include using good quality recycled materials to reduce costs) and
take great care in the packing of your package. However, some
items we suggest insurance on your shipment for your protection.
Shipping
Time:
Please
allow up to 5 business days for your item to be shipped from
our warehouse (excluding weekends & holidays)
of receiving verified payment. Should we determine
that your item may need additional packing materials to ensure
safer transit, which are not currently available, we will send
you a email confirming a slight delay. All shipments where
the payment is made via check will be sent out as soon as check
is cleared with bank (normally 10 business days).
Once shipment is sent out please allow 2-4 weeks for transit time
depending on your location.

Standard Motor LTL Freight
Any freight charges listed on this auction are for standard ground LTL
freight. Please understand,
motor freight carriers are not delivery services. The buyer
is responsible for unpacking, assembling, and placing the product in
their home. The
buyer is also
responsible
for disposing of all packing materials. Merchandise is brought to your
front door only. Email us if you wish to purchase additional services.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Inspection:
It is very important to inspect your merchandise upon arrival, especially
if the box/crate appears crushed and/or torn on the outside. Claims
for either freight damage and/or manufacturers defects must be made in
writing
within 3 days to either the freight carrier (for freight damages) or to
Echic Boutique (for manufacturers defects). See Below for details.
Manufacturers Defect
In the event there is a manufacturers defect, and not a defect from freight
damage notify Echic boutique immediately with the exact details of the
defect and we will resolve any issue as a result of any manufacturers defect. Please
include a detailed explanation of the problem and a digital photo if possible
with your claim. Please allow several business days for us to investigate
your issue.
Freight Damage
If there is
visible damage on the box and/or merchandise please note this when signing
any receipt of delivery. In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged
due to freight you may have one of the following options:
1. Refuse the Shipment
If the merchandise arrives visibly damaged, immediately notify the driver
of any damages and write DAMAGED on the freight bill, then you may refuse
the shipment due to damaged merchandise. When refusing, make a written
notation of damage(s) on the freight bill for freight claim purposes. Immediately
notify us of refusal of shipment so we can begin the process of getting
you a
replacement product. Understand, replacement products will not be
sent out until freight claims are resolved. Please allow 2-3 weeks
for freight
claims to be processed,
as they are handled by the third party freight companies independent of
Echic boutique. Availability of replacement products is subject
to change.
2. Make a claim with the Freight Carrier
In the event that you are unable to inspect merchandise upon arrival, please
notify the person who signs for the freight to make any notations of visible
damages on the freight bill. Then, unpack and inspect within 3
days and make a claim with the freight carrier
immediately. Many freight carriers will not honor claims made after
3 days.
After making the claim with the freight carrier,
notify Echic Boutique immediately, so we can begin the process of getting
you a replacement product.
Very Important
Echic Boutique reserves the right to not honor either manufacturer defect
nor freight claims made after 3 days of receipt of merchandise. |
