RETURN POLICY

We allow a 3 day inspection period upon delivery. If in the event you receive an item that is defective or damaged we will exchange the product. Please contact us for a return authorization # within 3 days of delivery. You as the buyer pays return shipping of the item and we will re-ship a replacement. In some cases Guidecraft will pay for return shipping at their own discretion. If damage is due to shipping company we will assist in damage claim. If in the event you do not like the item there will be a 20% restocking fee, you as the buyer pays all return shipping, and actual original shipping costs will not be refunded.

BACK ORDERS

We make sure that items that we sell are in stock at the time of the auctions. Rarely, an item may be out of stock or back ordered by the time the auction is over. We will notify you and offer you a complete refund or give you the option to wait for your item.

Please provide your telephone # and a physical address upon payment. Payment is accepted by PayPal, we also accept payment via telephone using credit card or debit card with a credit card logo to confirmed address only. Payments via telephone are secured by PayPal. If this item is listed as an auction, please contact us within 2 days at the end of auction. If you are not paying by PayPal or via telephone, we will accept Money orders only, No Personal checks please! Payment must be received within 10 days after the auction has ended.
