SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY |

The shipping rates shown are for the lower 48 states. For shipping to Canada, PR, Alaska & Hawaii please contact us for a shipping quote. After receiving payment, item is shipped within 3-5 business days. For ground shipping please allow item/items 5-14 business days. Sorry, no shipments to PO Box or APO/FPO address at this time.
We allow a 3 day inspection period upon delivery. If in the event you receive an item that is defective or damaged we will exchange the product. Please contact us for a return authorization # within 3 days of delivery. You as the buyer pays return shipping of the item and we will re-ship a replacement. If damage is due to shipping company we will assist in damage claim. If in the event you do not like the item there will be a 20% restocking fee, you as the buyer pays all return shipping, and actual original shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns must have the following: Original box, manuals, all parts, and in unused condition. All defective and non-defective returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
