- Upon approval of the claim, replacement for damaged items/parts is absolutely FREE OFCHARGE! Please keep all the original boxes and email us pictures of the broken items so that we can file a claim to the carrier.
- All claims must be filed to us(with supporting photo taken) within 7 days from the date ofreceipt. Refusing delivery or returning non-damaged / non-defective item(s) is subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost to our warehouse. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
