The shipping rates shown are for the lower 48 states. Any shipments to ALASKA, PR or HAWAII please request a shipping quote and remember to include city, state and zip code. After receiving payment, item is shipped within 3-5 business days. For ground shipping please allow item/items 5-14 business days. Sorry no shipments to PO Box or APO/FPO address at this time.

Return authorization number required. We allow a 3 day inspection period upon delivery. If in the event you receive an item that is defective or damaged we will exchange the product. Please contact us for a return authorization # within 3 days of delivery. You as the buyer pays return shipping of the item and we will re-ship a replacement. If damage is due to shipping company we will assist in damage claim. If in the event you receive your item and do not like the item there will be a 25% restocking fee, you as the buyer pays all return shipping, and actual original shipping costs will not be refunded.
