If availability of an item changes, you will be notified immediately with the expected order timeframe and will not be charged until the merchandise is available and ready for shipping (unless paid via Paypal and some check cards).
Shipping charges include ground floor delivery to the garage or doorstep. Delivery up or down stairs is not included. White Glove delivery is available in most areas - please inquire.
Mallin Outdoor Living products are not available for shipping to CA, AZ, and TX.
Delivery will be done according to the schedule of the shipping company. Any variance is subject to an additional charge.
In the unfortunate event that your merchandise arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery ticket and contact Design Furnishings immediately. Please do not refuse delivery of an entire shipment due to damage of a particular item, as this will delay replacement of damaged merchandise. Any noted damage will be fixed or replaced at no cost to you.
All products sold are under manufacturers warranty.
Measurements, dimensions, size, shapes, finishes, colors and style are approximate. All are subject to change by manufacturers. Seller will not be liable.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 14 days for a refund less all shipping charges. Design Furnishings must authorize all returns and all items must be returned in original packaging in new condition. Merchandise without original packaging WILL be refused. Returned merchandise subject to restocking fee.
CA Sales Tax of 7.75% will be added to all orders shipped to a CA address or picked up at our warehouse.
