Payments:              

PayPal is preferred. We also accept money orders and personal checks (item ships after check or money order clears).

All payments must be made within 10 days of auction close.

Shipping:                                 

Shipping prices listed are for the continental US only.  Alaska & Hawaii are additional. Please email us before purchasing and we will give you a shipping quote.

Unless the item states shipping USPS all items will ship UPS. We will need a street address as UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Unless the item states it, we will ship only to the US, no APO or FPO. Keep in mind when we do ship outside the US the buyer is responsible for any and all duties.

We will combine shipping on most items. Certain items can not be combined due to the size. If you are buying multiple items we will send you an invoice for the combined shipping.

Most items will ship out with in 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you need an item by a certain date please email us and we can give you an expected date that you should receive your item. Most items will be days.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you via eBay. If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days check your spam folder in your email as they sometimes get caught up in spam filters.

Returns:                

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please email us before any returns are made so that we can ensure proper credit is issued. The item cost will be refunded upon receiving the return. Shipping charges to you will not be refunded.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping. In the rare case you receive a defective or incorrect item we will replace the item and if needed pay for the return shipping of the defective/incorrect item.
