SHIPPING - We ship to the contiguous US only. You will receive all necessary shipping info via email. Most orders are received about 2 weeks from time of payment, depending on location and size of order. Delivery is to door or community office only. Buyer is responsible for transport inside, unwrapping, and assembly if applicable.
PICKUP - If you are in the Los Angeles area, you may pick up your order from our warehouse in Commerce. After checkout and payment, you will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up.

Return Policy
Mister Importer's top priority is your enjoyment of our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will help you. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and a photo is required, no exceptions. Please note that cancelled and returned orders are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Once product is back in our possession and determined to still remain in "NEW" condition, you will receive a refund or store credit. Actual shipping cost on items sold with shipping included will be deducted. Credits take 7-10 days to process.
