All items must be shipped to the same address and

Quotes provided on this auction
are for
curbside delivery. This means that purchase is
delivered to your home, but will not be taken
inside. The carrier is required to call you prior to
delivering to ensure someone is at home when your
purchase is delivered.

conditions such as 2nd floor delivery or stairs,
please contact us prior to bidding to get a
quote as additional delivery fees may apply.
- We also offer White Glove
Delivery
which will have your furniture brought inside
your home, unpackaged, and set up for you in the
room of your choice. The room must be cleared
and ready for furniture assembly. This service
does not include furniture or packing material
removal. Please contact us prior to

Insurance:

Insurance is
included for all shipments. NOTE: YOU MUST
notate signs of damage or shortage on the
delivery receipt/paperwork with the driver
at the time of delivery
or the shipping
insurance is nullified.

Showroom Furniture
and “As Is” Furniture:
It is not unusual
for there to be nicks and dents, etc. not caused
by shipping. We carefully inspect and
photograph these pieces before they are packaged
and shipped, and only damage caused by shipping
will be covered under the policies relating to
damage claims.

If you choose to
refuse an item due to damage, only refuse the
damaged item.
Refusing the
full shipment can expose your other furniture to
damage on the return trip.

If there is
"concealed damage"
(no signs of damage externally, but the
piece of furniture is damaged), call
1-800-731-6950 to report the damage. We must
be notified of concealed damage within 48
hours of receipt of furniture. Failure to
notify us in 48 hours nullifies the insurance.

WE ACCEPT: PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, Direct
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, &

Payment must be received
within 10 days of end of auction. After 10
days, the item will be relisted.

When paying by PayPal.
Purchase must be shipped to the confirmed
address as listed in PayPal. No exceptions.

credit card. Purchase must be shipped to the
address as listed on as the bill to
address on the card.

When paying by check,
there will be a 5-7 business day delay as check
must clear prior to making shipping

These are direct from manufacturer pieces. and
come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty which
covers defects in material and workmanship.

"as is" or "Showroom Furniture" -
These are great useable pieces at deeply discounted
and do not have a warranty. Our ad will specifically
state the condition of these items and will look and
show great, but expect scuffs and mars.
Auction Communications:
- You will receive a "Winning Bid Notice"
e-mail within 6 hours of the auction close.
- You will receive a payment received
notification within 2 hours of receipt of
payment.
- An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the
Buyer when merchandise has been shipped complete
with tracking information and guidelines for
receiving your purchase.
- If there are delays or any problems with
processing your order, we will notify you
immediately via e-mail.
Sales Terms:
- All sales are final and a repair or
replacement will only be issued for damage in
transit.
Warranty:
- All furniture except for auctions
specifically listed as "as is" furniture is
covered for defects in material and/or
workmanship. Discount Quality Furniture will
assess the problem and determine to either
repair or replace the item.

There is a 30 day guarantee on all purchases. If
within 30 days of receipt of your furniture you
decide it does not suit your needs, submit a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will provide you
with an authorization number. Once RMA is authorized
and merchandise is returned, it will be inspected.
Provided there is no damage, a refund of the
purchase price less a 30% restocking fee will be
issued to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable. |
