Damaged item:
In the event that a piece does gets damaged, it is very easy to take care of it.
When the furniture arrives, be sure to inspect all items before you sign for it. Your signature will let us know that you have received all items in good condition.

In the event there is a damage, follow these three simple steps:
1. Keep all of the good furniture.
2. Put the damaged piece back on the truck and make a note on the bill of lading (delivery copy for driver) that you are refusing that piece due to a damage.
3. Call or e-mail us and we will prepare your replacement and send it out as soon as the damaged piece returns or freight company acknowledges pay for damaged claim.
It is very important that you follow these steps so that we can give you a highest level of customer service. We need to help each others to get best results and take care of a damaged item fast.

The two biggest clues that there may be something wrong: (1) the box is damaged or (2) the driver tells you that he is too busy or doesn't have to let you inspect it. (This probably means that he did it and is trying to get out of there before you figure it out.) Again, damage is very rare but we'd like you to know what you have to do in case it happens. You can always request insured shipping to add for security. Again don't forget to inspect goods while driver is there so you can avoid any hassles. This is same even if you buy furniture from your local stores. You just have to protect yourself before you sign.
This is a safest way to protect you and your investment since we have to claim damages with freight company. Our shipping department will ship all items in good condition and will make freight company's driver to sign to make sure he picked up in good condition.

Return:
You can return or claim any manufacturer's damaged items in 7 days after delivery. This will give you extra time to inspect goods.
Manufacturer's damage does not include scratches or small dent caused by usage or moving the item.
Factory will only honor manufacturer's defect consist of split or broken parts on the furniture. Defect on parts can be replaced.
