We are fortunate to have access to the top design trends and work hard to bring these items to our loyal customers all over the U.S. and Canada.
We drop ship most items from multiple warehouses and are not currently set up for local pick ups in Los Angeles or at any of the distribution centers. Our inventory moves very quickly as we have a very busy website which accounts for the majority of our sales. So, we do our best to monitor inventory levels and get items to our customers absolutely as fast as possible. However, there are times in the furniture industry where stock is volatile and inventory is bought out very quickly. If this happens, we do our best to notify our customers in a timely manner and get the items shipped out as soon as possible when the new inventory arrives to our warehouse. If a customer chooses to cancel an order, we will we refund the purchase in full at any time up until an item has shipped. Once an item has shipped, the order is refundable for a 10% re-stocking fee and we cannot re-imburse any shipping fees as they have already accrued by this time. We urge our customers to work with us through any issues or concerns and allow us to help resolve them amicably.
We happily offer bulk item shipping discounts so please contact us with the list of pieces you would like and the quantities as well as your shipping zip code and we will respond with a reduced shipping price as soon as possible. All individual item auctions are already set up with multiple item shipping discounts included and will be applied as you purchase the item. Bulk orders consist of more than one style of item.
