1. Please do not bid, if you cannot pay.
2. I accept Money orders, Cashiers check, or certified bank checks or Pay Pal. Payment is to be in US Dollars only. Payment is due within 7 days after the close of auction. If payment is not received or other arrangements made within the 7 days, the item will be forfeited and will be put back up for auction, plus I will leave feedback and inform ebay as a non paying bidder.
3. All sales are final, be sure of the items that you are bidding on. I will reasonably answer your questions to the best of my knowledge but feel free to come by and fire this lady up.
4. When sending payments (Money order, Cashiers check, or Certified Bank Check), please include ebay userID, item number, email and confirmed shipping address.
5. There is a $15 Local pick up fee to unlock the item, verify the buyer and assist in loading that is required since there was to much theft from buyers who once they had the address stopped by to pick up prior to paying. Sorry, but now we have to have someone here to verify and sign for the items. If shipped you only pay the shipping and handling fees(confirmed delivery is included) to prevent possible fraud.
6.This is being offered locally and I reserve the right to cancel this item if there are no bids.

Please check the shipping or pick up only charges and restrictions on all items. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. If there is a difference between the computed and the actual shipping costs I will work to resolve with the buyer to resolve the differences. Please, some of my items can not be shipped so I can not make exceptions without prior notice (i,e. before the bid closes)
WARNING TO NON PAYING BUYERS
Because Ebay charges us listing and final valuation fees, whether auction winners pay us or not, we do not hesitate to issue a non-paying buyer strike to recover lost fees. Once we recover our fee, we cancel the nonpaying buyer strike and refrain from posting any feedback, provided we do not receive damaging feedback ourselves and the nonpaying buyer is willing to terminate the dispute.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:
If you are not pleased with your item for any reason, we will gladly refund the item purchase price, less the 25% restocking fee and Shipping and Handling charges. All we require is that you return your item in the same condition it was sent to you within 10 days of purchase. ORIGINAL brochures, books and manuals show their age and will sometimes have loose binding or worn pages with stains or hand notes inscribed in them. We sell ORIGINALS bearing these character marks "AS IS" and all sales are final unless we made an error in the listing.
NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
We ship via confirmed delivery Mail so we can track all shipments to ensure delivery and to prevent fraudulent claims. Most of our customers are wonderful and honest people but we have run into a few scoundrels along the way. If you do not receive your item within two weeks of placing your order, you should contact us so we can trace your shipment. If we failed to ship, or if we delivered your package to a wrong address, then we will either refund your payment or reship your item. However, if we receive a confirmed delivery from the USPS, it will be your responsibility to take up the matter with your local Post Office. We will forward all shipping & tracking information to you but otherwise will bear no liability in the matter. Sorry but those few less than honest people we have encountered forced us to take this measure.
