If item arrives and is not as stated in the ad, then a full refund will be issued. If you don't insure your items I won't be responsible for breakage or loss from shipping. I pack incredibly well but I have no control over the Post Office. Insurance covers us both and should damage occur in transit, paperwork will be provided for you to make a claim with the Post Office.If there are any problems, please contact me immediately before feedback is left so that we may settle in an agreeable manner.
