NOTICE
Effective September 1st there will be an increase of 10% on all of our panel prices. We have had a 45 percent increase in our steel cost over the last 6 months and have been absorbing the additional steel cost within. Unfortunately we will not be able to continue this much longer. If your plans are to eventually purchase some of our panels, please take into consideration this increase.

We can custom cut any of our panels to fit your needs. If you have an idea in mind send us your thoughts and/or pictures to ajddesigns@tennesseetel.net and we will be glad to draw and custom cut a panel the size you need and at a price you can afford. We can design and cut about anything that you can imagine. Our prices are 25 to 300 percent less than others. So before you buy give us a try, we can probably save you a lot of money.
We will be glad to email you a PDF file of our panels. The file size is 8M so be sure that your ISP mail box will accept a file this large. If you would like one of these PDF files please send your email address to ajddesigns@tennesseetel.net with the subject being PANEL PDF FILE and we will get you one as soon as possible.
The overall size of this panel is approx. 24 inches tall and 48 inches long. It is cut from 3/16 thick steel plate which is 50% thicker than 10 ga. sheet metal.
The price listed includes black powder coating and free shipping to the lower 48 states.
Since logs aren’t known for parallel sides we have a 1½ inch minimum border around the artwork which is included in the overall size.
Here are a couple of ways to install these panels.
One way to install these is to cut a ¼ inch wide groove 1/2 inch deep in your bottom rail and your upright post. Slide the panel into the groove and then cap it off with your top rail that would have a matching groove.
Another way is, we can weld installation tabs perpendicular and flush with the edge of the panel and spaced along the top, bottom and ends of the panel at no charge. This only takes seconds to do so we do it for free to show our appreciation for our customers. We are not going to nickel and dime you to death. We will also include lag screws that have been powder coated the same color as your panel. If this is something that you would like on your panel please let us know when ordering your panels.
I can usually have these ready to ship in about 1 week after you have approved the design and full payment has been received.
