Payment

Payment due within 10 days of auction close unless arranged otherwise. We Prefer Payment Through Pay Pal, But accept Money Orders or Personal Checks, If paying by Personal Check There will be a 10 day hold on shipping allowing time for the check to clear.

Shipping & Handling

Shipments will be made within 1-4 business days of payment. Items are limited to ship only within the continental United States. Will not ship to P.O.Box, APO, FPO, HI, AK address.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with any purchase from us is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding exact shipping cost and handling fees).

You will need to contact us by email to get an authorized return number, return address and instructions. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. A restocking fee of 20 percent shall apply.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged in route to you, please contact us via email, we will issue a 'call tag' to have the damaged item(s) picked up by UPS or Fedex and will send you a replacement. . On the rare occasion a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund including shipping charge.
