We ship using UPS Ground, and USPS Parcel Post.  Large and heavy items will ship via common carrier (freight).

Any special shipping requests (including insurance) will result in additional shipping costs.

Sorry, but currently we only ship within the Continental USA.

30-day Money Back Warranty

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If the product is damaged on arrival, or you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the time you receive the product to return it for a refund of the purchase price** (minus shipping and restocking fee on certain items).  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  Just send us an email with the reason for the return and we will send you an RMA number and instructions.  Once we receive the item the refund will be sent.  NO returns will be accepted after 30 days.

**There will be a 25% restocking fee on all stoves, fireplaces, inserts, mantels and BBQ grills.  Please inspect item at the time of delivery to ensure that no damage has taken place during shipping.  Only un-used stove and chimney pipe may be returned for a refund.  If we determine that the pipe has been used, it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given.
