RETURN POLICY
This return policy is unique
to products from Sunpentown, and does not apply to any other products
we sell, nor does the return policy for other products apply to
any Sunpentown products. All Sunpentown products are shipped directly
from the manufacturer, therefore absolutely no returns shall be
sent directly back to debnroo, inc. This return policy applies
to all purchases from this listing, and there are no exceptions.
RESTOCKING
FEE
A 10% Restocking Fee will
apply for all non-defective returns within 30 calendar days of
purchase (date shown on listing on eBay). S&H is non-refundable.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
A Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA#) MUST be issued to the buyer BEFORE unit is returned
to SPT. No returns will be accepted or credited after 30 calendar
days from date of purchase (date shown on listing on eBay).
REPAIR
FREIGHT
In the event that your Sunpentown
product requires repair within 60 calendar days from the date
of purchase (date shown on listing on eBay), SPT will pay for
S&H both ways (to SPT, and back to you). After 60 calendar
days until 1 year, SPT will only cover return S&H to the buyer
(1 way).
DOA
- DEFECT EXCHANGE
In the unlikely event that
you receive non-functional product (DOA = Dead On Arrival), Sunpentown
will exchange for a new unit. This process requires direct communication
and coordination with Sunpentown, and the buyer acknowledges,
by purchasing from this listing that the seller has no inventory,
and under no circumstances will receive defective goods for a
refund, nor directly ship replacements (because we don't warehouse
this product).
REJECTED
OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Should the buyer reject or
refuse shipments of this product, the buyer will not receive a
refund for S&H, and may be responsible for any return shipping
charges. Please make sure that you furnish a valid shipment address
with your payment, and are prepared to receive the shipment.
WARRANTY SERVICE
We do understand that
the item you have purchased from us may have a defect that was
not noticed, or did not develop until shortly after you began
using the product. Each product we offer is fully backed by the
manufacturers we represent, and we will assist you as much as
possible in getting Warranty Service from the manufacturer. However,
we do not provide parts, repair, or replacement directly under
any circumstances.

Warranty Service issues are handled directly by the manufacturer,
including any manufacturer defects. All buyers acknowledge, by
