In order to return an item for any reason, the buyer must contact Avilla Hardware at 260-897-3837 BEFORE returning the item. This must occur within 14 days of receiving the item. The return will be discussed with the eBay salesman. Once the return is OK'd, the item will be exchanged or refunded at the sellers descretion. If the item is refunded, only the price of the unit will be refunded. The shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded unless otherwise stated.
