Returns are done on a case by case basis, but the following rules generally apply: All returns must arrive within 14 days. They can be sent via FedEx or the Post Office. Brand New Sealed items must remain sealed or they may not be returnable. All other items must arrive in the same condition as they were sent out in. Refunds don't include shipping.
