In the USA, winner pays for shipping and handling, with delivery confirmation. When I receive your payment, I ship within 3 hours. The only exception to that policy, is when the USPS Post Office is closed…..then, I ship within 3 hours, after they open. ($3.00 must be added to shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, due to shipping by Priority Mail only. The shipping and handling charge is higher for shipments outside of the United States). Payment must be received within 10 days of auction close. Item shipped upon receipt of Paypal confirmation , money order, or cashier check. Shipment held 10 days if paid with personal check.
