• We work hard to get your products to you quickly. Normally your purchase will be shipped within 1 to 2 days of payment receipt. Many products ship the same day they are paid for. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated in the description.
   
• We offer the most appropriate shipping options for each item.  Shipping discounts are available when more than one item is purchased and will be calculated automatically. And while we also use the combined item weight for multiple purchases to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we sometimes must charge more than we like, just to make sure your fragile, beautiful purchases will arrive intact. Insurance is automatic & required on each purchase. It just gives more peace of mind knowing that if it gets lost or broken during transit from us to you, you’re covered and so are we.
   
• Most of our items can be shipped worldwide. We proudly offer mailing services to APO and FPO addresses. International shipments should arrive at their destination within 4 to 10 days, while APO/FPO may take a bit longer. International shipments do have insurance coverage because I have a policy with a wonderful insurance brokerage – DISCOUNT SHIPPING INSURANCE.  Most international shipments are not traceable and are not guaranteed to arrive within a specified time.  For holiday purchases, you may need to upgrade to a more time-sensitive shipping. Just ask me and I'll help you decide what to use.
   
• Our merchandise is normally antique or vintage and although top-quality may have experienced a less than wonderful life before arriving here.  So, you should read the description completely and ask us any questions you have before you bid.  One of us is online most of the day (EST in the US) and able to answer quickly. Our items are stored in a facility supervised by 2 cats but free from cigarette smoke.  We do launder and dryclean or otherwise “refresh” items but if you have a  cat allergy, and it might be a problem for you, let me know and we’ll do it again immediately before shipping and send the Vice-Presidents upstairs til we get your items packed safely.  We spend a great deal of time & effort shopping for the lovely antiques and collectible products we offer. Our customers are delighted with their purchases, and we want you to be satisfied too. RETURN POLICY

I do not sell "on approval" & I accept returns ONLY when an item has been unintentionally misrepresented due to an omission or error in the description or missing in the photo, and only with pre-approval by me. Return shipping charges will only be refunded if I have unintentionally mis-identified something.  Sometimes damage occurs during shipping. That is covered by insurance. Retain all the broken pieces & the packaging & contact me for a claim form

PAYMENT:

We happily accept Paypal, money orders or Paypal from US buyers. Items paid by personal or company check, mail upon clearance through my bank – expect 5-7 days delay. For Holiday orders, we recommend Paypal.  International buyers please use Paypal or international Postal Money Orders.  Payment is due IN MY HANDS within 7 calendar days from the end of the auction/sale.  Non-payment gets reported without exception. Please let us know if you are sending your payment using the US mail & be sure include the item number with your check.
