Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you need to return an item for any reason you MUST contact me first. The buyer is liable for all return shipping costs incurred. Please inquire about the options that may be available to you for obtaining a merchandise credit for the amount of your initial shipping and handling fee if your return meets specific qualifying criteria.

PLEASE ASK!!! I strive to only offer quality products that are accurately represented in the item description. Many of my items are consigned and I only have the information that is given to me by the consignor and that I have found from my own cursory research. If I am not knowledgeable enough to comfortably provide a guaranteed description of the item I WILL STATE SO IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION! This is a red flag to ASK QUESTIONS regarding the item before buying! Consigned items are always sold on an “as is” basis and all sales are final unless otherwise clearly stated above in the item description!
