 we get le creuset items directly from le creuset.but most of the orders leave the warehouse with in 7-10 days.

• for un-insured packages we are not responsible for damage or lost in the shipment.

• we accept the returns with in the 7 days of  receiving the item.for non damage returened items we will charge 20 % restocking fee and shipping will be non refundable.
