Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
Preferred payment method is via PayPal, however, I will also accept Money Order or Personal Check. Personal checks must clear my account before shipment of merchandise. Payment is expected within 7 days of winning bid announcement.
Fees
I do not charge any State taxes. There is a $2 handling fee assessed to each sale to assist in defraying the cost of packaging materials.
Shipping
I ship World Wide. Shipping preference is by U S Postal Service Priority Mail, however, I will use First Class or UPS Ground if it is more cost effective for your location. Expedited service is by negotiation and mutual agreement between Buyer and Seller. In the event of shipping outside of the U.S.A., shipping charges will be researched and a series of options will be provided to the Buyer who may choose according to their time line and budget. It should be understood that in the case of shipping outside of the U.S.A., arrival of your
item(s) most likely will exceed my normal two to three day turn-around.
Delivery
I ship daily with the exception of weekends, holidays or in the case of personal travel. You will be notified via Email if your item will arrive other than two days after submission of payment.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are determined via mutual agreement between Seller and Buyer. Seller must concur with Buyer that the complaint is legitimate. Alternative solutions to each issue will be sought by Seller before agreement of a refund. No refunds after seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Purchase price only will be refunded. There will be no refunds for shipping charges. Return postage of the item sold is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Refunds are determined upon contact on the part of buyer to the seller of item's need for return. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, seller will refund buyer's purchase price only, minus listing fees and selling fees charged by Ebay and PayPal. All merchandise returned is done so with the cost of postage paid for by the buyer.
I will accept payment through PayPal, money order, cashiers check or personal check providing buyer will wait till check clears bank for shipment. The cost of shipping will be determined by weight, handling fee and buyers location zip code.
