| Buyer agrees to pay fixed shipping/handling fee as listed. For International buyers, please email us for shipping quote before bidding on the item. Please note, we ship only to the credit card billing address. If you need shipping to an alternate address, please contact us for approval, prior to purchase. Most packages are shipped by UPS, USPS - GROUND. We can upgrade your shipping for an extra charge. Expedited shipping is available for most products via 2 days, and overnight service. For details, please email us with your city&zip code and service request.

* No Local Pickups - All items are shipped. No exceptions.
* Tracking information will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your mailbox for Email SPAM setting. Also, notify us to request tracking information within 5 days after payment paid.
We do not offer combined shipping for multiple auctions: Shipping charges are calculated "per auction" due to the size and weight of our items. This means that the shipping charge is exactly what we specify for the auction. Multiple Items purchase may be shipped together to prevent loss or damage, while each would still carry its own individual shipping/handling fee.
Insurance highly recommended. We are not be able response lost/damage item without insurance.

| BID CANCELLATION |
| SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY. We do not cancel auction bids: According to Ebay policy on bid retraction, it is the responsibility of the buyer to retract his/her bid before the auction ends. Please visit eBay's policies on bid retraction here.
If the auction has ended, and the winning bidder chooses not to pay, we will follow eBay's policy on non-paying bidders by filing to recover our listing and final value fees. If the buyer has already paid and later decides they did not want the item, we will charge a 10% service fee on the total payment to cover all costs involved in processing, preparing, and packaging the order.

| RETURN POLICY |
| If you have ordered wrong product and have not used the product, you can request a Return Authorization within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise for a refund.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. NOTE: We will only issue a refund upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. We do not credit the original shipping / handling cost, nor the return shipping cost |
| WARRANTY POLICY |
| If you have add insurance to insured your product and it was lost or damaged, you can file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Otherwise we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
If the merchandise is defective, please contact us within 7 days for exchange. All exchanges required buyer to ship back defective merchandise before any replacement to be ship out. If an item is not replaceable or unavailable, we will issue a credit refund. NOTE: We will only issue a credit refund or replacement upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. We do not credit the original shipping cost, nor the return shipping cost |
