Purchases paid with personal checks and Paypal e-checks will be processed after the check has cleared.
Payment must be received within 5 days of end of auction.
Any items shipped from Canada include all taxes, duties and brokerage fees in the price.

We ship to the contiguous 48 states.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is extra. Please call for a quote before making your purchase.
We do not offer International shipping. *Some items can be shipped to Canada. Please check the individual listing for ship to locations.
Items are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground. We cannot ship via USPS. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
All items are shipped insured.
Heavy items or large orders are shipped freight.
You will be notified by email when your item ships along with a tracking number.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, you may request to return it.
All items have a 7 day return policy from date of receipt.
This means, they can be returned for full credit of the purchase price minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
The items must be in "as-new" in the box condition, and be returned in their original packaging, including any manuals, warranties and other paperwork that may have shipped with the product.
Items showing use, abuse or wear and tear will not be accepted for return credit.
