Guarantee: If an item is listed AS IS then there is NO guarantee. Otherwise KewlKrapUSA must be notified within 7 days of the receipt of a defective item for any guarantee to be in effect. After KewlKrapUSA approves the return of the item, then the Item needs to be shipped back to KewlKrapUSA along with a copy of the return shipping receipt. If KewlKrapUSA deems the item to be malfunctioning then, and only then, a refund for the purchase price and the return shipping will be refunded. Original shipping and handling will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Misuse, purposeful destruction, or neglect will void this guarantee. Damage in transit of any item will NOT be covered by this guarantee. Shipping insurance is offered for damage during transit.
