Actually, if the blacklights there are fluorescent tubes, they'll be the correct wavelength already.
If they're screw-in type bulbs that look like floodlights, those are probably sodium vapor etc ..... you can test just by holding something fluorescent (like avery fluorescent labels) under them. Or just hold up a white T-shirt, if it glows, you're good (white cotton fabric has naturally occuring phosphors in the weave already).
Just wondering out loud, too, if you might not like the spray version better, especially if you have a large area to cover (stencils help too)
