Easy to install! This fixture has a brass plated 4 3/4" diameter base--the light is 7 1/4" high.
Insurance is not required but is highly recommended--especially for breakable items! We are very careful with packaging. Therefore we will not be responsible for items that are lost or broken in shipment.
All items are thoroughly tested and inspected to the best of our ability. Any defects or flaws will be listed in the description of the item. Occassionally we may overlook something and the item may not be as described when you receive it. If this should happen we will issue a cash refund if the item is returned at the buyers expense.
Payment is expected within 3 days after the auction closes. If payment is not received within 10 days the buyer will receive a negative feedback. If you have a legitimate problem please contact us immediately--we will work with you.
Most items are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. We are not responsible for the time the shipper takes getting the order delivered to you.
We do not accept offers to end an auction early. This is not fair to other bidders.
