There is a 14 Day Money Back Policy on all unused products (minus shipping costs). Items that have had gasoline placed in the tank, whether used or not, are not returnable. There is a 3 month warranty on all items covering manufactureing defects. Items used in commercial service are not covered by warranty. Customer abuse or misuse is not a warranty item. For warranty repairs, call 302-228-8450 for an RMA. Returns without and RMA will not be accepted.
