Most items* fulfilled by Decorate With Daria are eligible for a cash refund (or) full store credit for a period of 30 days if you are not satisfied with the product(s) for ANY reason.
CASH REFUNDS - Shipping charges shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances. Only what you paid for the product minus ALL shipping.
There are NO cash refunds for any type of Electronic product or electrical appliance items.
Any Electronic/Electric items are exchange only items. NO cash or store credit will be issued.
STORE CREDIT - All shipping charges will be included in your store credit, including the return shipping. Store credit good for 6 months.
Note: Most BEDDING companies have a 25% re-stocking fee on returned items that are not damaged or materially defective.
Most items will have a manufactures warranty card and return instructions to the manufacturer.
No item will be eligible for a store credit or cash refund for any reason 31 days after date of received delivery.
Please contact us first for the return shipping instructions as some products may have different return addresses.
Also, all returns must have a Return Authorization Number, which will be emailed to you along with the return instructions.
PLEASE save and return to us all original packing materials and product instructions.
